이 메세지는 인덱스가 깨져서 나는 에러 메세지이다.
파티션에 따라 명령어가 약간 달라지겠지만,
alter index 인덱스명 rebuild 혹은 alter index 인덱스명 rebuild partition명으로 리빌드 해주면 해결된다.
